CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Any No Show of an appointment without prior notice of cancellation will result in the forfeiture of any
prepaid service or 25% no show cancellation fee applied to that service.
We understand that life happens but would appreciate 24 hours notice of a cancellation.

LASH EXTENSION FILL IN POLICY
Lash Fill-ins are to be scheduled 2 weeks from the previous lash appointment,the 3rd week will be an
dditional fee. If there are no lashes left or there is less than 30% there will be an additional fee. The 4
week will require that a new set be purchased. Any fills left on the package will available thereafter.
Lashes, like your nails are growing, lashes cycle grow and eventually fall off. The extension is heavie
than your lash that is one reason why they twist, certain times of the year lashes and nails grow more
and quicker. If for any reason you need a touch up within 5 days we will gladly accommodate you.
However if this becomes a recurring event there will be a $25 fee.
Again we understand that life happens, however if for any reason you have to bring your child/children
with you to your appointment we cannot guarantee the lashes. It not only is stressful for the mother, it is
very stressful for the technician who is working close to your eye. Your appointment will be rescheduled.
